5th consortium meeting in Bucharest
The 13 partners of SOTERIA came together on September 21st and 22nd in Bucharest for a meeting organized by INFC. With just one year left in the project, this meeting served as a moment to take stock of the project’s technical progress, notably the ongoing development of the first SOTERIA digital data wallet prototype. This prototype, which will be delivered by the end of the year, relies on the identity verification and privacy protection components developed thus far.
In a few months, the pilot phases of SOTERIA will kick off, allowing for large-scale testing of the wallet with 2,700 citizens in Austria, Spain, and Romania. This gathering in Bucharest immersed us in the practical implementation of this ambitious phase, raising numerous questions and beginning to shape solutions.
The upcoming months will be pivotal for SOTERIA, and we look forward the culmination of over two years of technical development and co-creation with European citizens!
